That 7th Heaven folder is where unpacked .iros are installed. I left it in the mods folder in the game's directory. My 7th Heaven, on the other hand, is installed directly in C:. See my paths: EDIT: this is an old image; do not mind the "mods of the round" catalog, as it no longer exists.

My work around using reunion mod with remako is to copy my save file over. Disable reunion mod via the option.ini then boot up the game do the achievement I want and quit and re-enable the mod and go on my merry way. I don't know if this would work for 7th Heaven mod though.
