Licentia on the other hand is very close to the best looking list. I have 60+ fps in any inside areas (like caves, ruins) and around 30/40fps outside and in big cities. Sometimes it drops lower than that and I just switch off the ENB (up arrow+right shift) and it goes back to 60fps.
